Solstice on the Summit: A Morning Yoga Flow
A morning on the mountain with Boulder's awesome community
Friday, June 19 | 7:00–8:30am
Sunrise Amphitheater, Flagstaff Mountain 1198 Flagstaff Dr, Boulder, CO 80302
We're heading up Flagstaff with Rapha, The Coffee Ride, Third Space & Co, and local baker Shelley Backstrom to welcome the Summer Solstice with a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa led by Bridget. Free coffee, fresh baked goods, and good company waiting for you after. Spacious, grounding, and a little celebratory. This is exactly how the longest day of the year should start.
Free and open to everyone.
RSVP so we know how many pastries to bring.
What to expect
All-levels vinyasa with Bridget (7:00–8:00am)
Free drip coffee from The Coffee Ride
Baked goods from local baker Shelley Backstrom
Post-class merch raffle (everyone gets 1 ticket, cyclists get 3!)
Bring your mat if you have one; mats available to cyclists
Optional 6:00am Rapha group ride up Flagstaff (Meet at Chautauqua)
Bike up with Rapha
Rapha Boulder is organizing a group ride up Flagstaff for the occasion, departing from Chautauqua at 6:00am and arriving at the amphitheater in time for class. Cycling is at your own risk; ride at a pace and distance that works for you.
Getting there
By car: Parking is available at the amphitheater and along Flagstaff Drive. Carpooling encouraged. By bike: Lock up near the amphitheater entrance, or join Rapha's group ride from Chautauqua at 6am. By foot: Accessible via trail from the Flagstaff trailhead.
Plan to arrive a few minutes early (6:45am!) so we can all start together.
A few notes
Yoga is practiced at your own risk. Bridget will offer guidance at the start of class; please listen to your body and modify as needed. Same goes for the bike ride.
Rain plan: if the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll cancel. Keep an eye on all collaborators' Instagrams and email lists for updates.
Come move, connect, and celebrate the longest day of the year with us. We can't wait to see you on the mountain.
