Why this studio exists

People don't follow studios, they follow teachers. We built a studio with that as our fundamental belief. Teachers here have creative freedom, are paid above industry standard, and are free to promote everything they're doing, inside the studio and out. We're not here to own their work. We're here to uplift it. When teachers thrive, students transform.

What that looks like in practice

Teachers teach what they actually love, not a format handed down from a corporate playbook. That means philosophy, history, pranayama, and the full depth of the practice, not just asana. It means their workshops, trainings, privates, and retreats get promoted here without restriction. And it means you're getting a teacher who is invested in their own studentship, and who can teach to the people in the room.

The room itself

One studio, above Lucky's Bakehouse in North Boulder. No mirrors, no heat, one bathroom. Just a warm room, good props, and teachers who have been at this a long time. We opened January 10, 2026, but our teachers have been teaching in Boulder and around the world for decades. The studio comes alive because of the teachers and students in it.

Yoga shouldn't be a luxury item

We run donation based community classes every week, taught by experienced instructors including the studio owner. A strong studio is built on a strong community, and community means everyone gets a seat on the mat.
