Class Styles
This studio offers a lot of different kinds of yoga. Choose your favorite classes or taste test them all. From strong vinyasa flows to slow yin holds, precise alignment to imaginative geometry, breathwork to sound healing: we've curated a schedule that honors yoga's depth and diversity.
We encourage teachers to bring their own authentic style and expertise to every class. This means a Vinyasa class with one teacher might feel different than a Vinyasa class with another, and that's intentional. The class style gives you a framework, but the teacher brings the personality and influence from different lineages. For example, Jo teaches a Vinyasa class informed by Forest yoga, while Allison teaches an Align and Flow class informed by rolfing. Check out our Teachers page to learn more about who's teaching what, and don't be afraid to try the same class style with different instructors to find your favorite.
Every style has something unique to offer. Find what speaks to you, or explore them all and discover what your practice needs in different seasons of life.

Donation Based Class
Our Donation Based Class is a Vinyasa flow taught by our experienced teachers. Pay what you can.
When we say we're community-centered, we mean it. Accessibility and yoga are supposed to be synonymous, and even though thats hard to do in Boulder, we are going to try. These classes are our commitment to making sure yoga is available to everyone in Boulder, regardless of what's in your wallet.
Our most seasoned instructors teach these classes because we believe good teaching shouldn't be gated by price. Expect real vinyasa: breath-linked movement, thoughtful sequencing, and the full scope of yoga practice including philosophy and pranayama. This isn't watered down; it's just accessible.
Donate what feels right for you. $5, $10, $20, or nothing at all. No judgment, no questions. Just show up. **PLEASE sign up ahead**
All levels welcome.
Kaiut Yoga
Kaiut Yoga is a therapeutic yoga method developed by Francisco Kaiut that focuses on joint health, nervous system regulation, and functional mobility. It uses floor-based postures, long holds, and precise alignment to restore natural range of motion, reduce pain, and support long-term resilience rather than flexibility or fitness goals.
Vinyasa Flow I and II and III
Breath-linked movement that builds heat, strength, and presence. Vinyasa I is accessible to all levels with steady pacing and clear instruction. Vinyasa II moves faster with more complex sequences. You should be comfortable with chaturanga, updog/downdog, and basic flow before taking a level II class.
Align and Flow
Mindful alignment meets fluid movement. Build a strong foundation while exploring creative sequencing. Great for intermediate practitioners who want to refine their practice with attention to form and breath.
Hot Stone Sound & Restore
A one-hour restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. This class weaves together gentle movement, guided breathwork, and immersive sound healing. Hot stones are placed on key energy centers to encourage relaxation and grounding. Expect slow pacing, minimal effort, and plenty of time to settle into stillness. Perfect for sensitive nervous systems.
Breathwork / Pranayama
Explore pranayama techniques and meditation practices to calm the mind and awaken presence. Expect guided breathing exercises, stillness, and space to settle into your body.
Hatha
Traditional yoga postures held with intention. This foundational class balances strength, flexibility, and breathwork at a steady pace. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, expect clear alignment cues, modifications, and space to explore each pose mindfully.
Sunday Service
We could have called this class "Align and Flow" but we chose "Sunday Service" for a reason.
Yoga is meant to be a practice, not just a workout. And practice thrives on routine, ritual, and community. Sunday Service is our invitation to make yoga a sacred weekly touchstone: a place to ground down, reconnect with your body and breath, and gather with others before the week begins.
The word "service" is intentional. It's about showing up, not just for yourself but for the collective energy in the room. It's about being held by community and holding space for others. It's yoga as ritual, not transaction.
We want Sunday Service to become part of your rhythm, something you can return to week after week, a steady anchor in a chaotic world. That's why it's not just another class on the schedule. It's a ceremony. It's ours together.
Katonah Yoga®
A Hatha yoga practice developed by Nevine Michaan incorporating classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor, and imagination in a practical framework designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being.
Katonah Yoga® belongs to the global open source network of self-realization. The practice is organized around three principles: all polarities are mediated by trinity; the universe has pattern, pattern implies intelligence; by virtue of repetition there is potential for insight.
Expect props, precise alignment work using geometric measure (think right angles and cross-referencing), and asana as origami—manipulating form for function. This is workshop-style teaching where poses are explored, not just performed. Katonah Yoga uses the body as a tool to understand the mind, making the unconscious conscious through disciplined technique and repeated revelation.
All levels welcome. Taught by teachers trained in this specific lineage.
