Learn how to make your very own meditation mala using authentic crystal beads, silk tassel and quartz guru. Nicole guides you on an enlightening journey where ancient wisdom meets your personal practice. This is an invitation to deepen your meditation practice with a sacred tool handmade by you. The Fall Equinox (Tuesday, 9/22) represents a day of balance between lightness and darkness, as well as a seasonal shift towards reflection and rest as we prepare for winter. Join Nicole for a creative experience, immersive sound journey and energetic alignment.
