Athletic contemporary reformer, all levels, built to challenge. Classes are taught in layers through compound movements, and the focus rotates depending on the day: lower body, upper body, Momentum for faster continuous pacing, or Power with bands and hand weights. Low impact, full body, and the playlists are good enough that the fifty minutes disappears. This is the cross training that quietly makes everything else easier. Your hamstrings will hold a shape longer and your hips will thank you next time you are on the mat. They are also on Broadway, about a mile and a half south of us, which is either convenient or dangerous depending on your week.

A community bathhouse in a converted warehouse on the east side, with four saunas, three cold plunges, a lounge, and a good list of non alcoholic drinks. Yes, contrast therapy does real things for your recovery and your sleep, but the honest reason people keep going back is the room itself. You come in for the heat and stay an extra hour because nobody is on their phone and the conversation got good. Go after a long run, go after a hard flow, or go because it is Tuesday. Look for the unit with the giant sauna parked out front, and park anywhere along the frontage on 49th.

Excellent teachers, great location, neighborhood feel, no mirrors, no heat. We have vinyasa, slow flow, Kundalini, Katonah, Kaiut, mat Pilates, and restorative, all taught by people teaching the practice they actually believe in. Wednesdays are donation based so the door stays open for everyone. We are upstairs from Lucky's Bakehouse in North Boulder, which means the smell at 3pm is devine.
