From Winter’s Wisdom to Spring’s Stirring
A 3-Hour Immersion for Women with Alison & Jeanie
Join us for a nourishing afternoon designed for women to gently move, rest, and rebalance the nervous system, guided by the wisdom of the wise woman within as we transition from winter into spring.
Even with an unusually warm winter, many of us still carry the season’s heaviness in our bodies—feeling tired, congested, or stuck. At the same time, we are living within a culture that feels increasingly anxious, divided, and overwhelming. This immersion offers a space to set down that inner and outer weight.
Through a blend of mindful movement, restorative yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom and nervous-system-supportive practices, we’ll soften tension, restore vitality, and create space for new energy to emerge. Rooted in the body and guided by our inner wisdom, we gather in a supportive circle of women—remembering what it feels like to be held, resourced, and deeply supported in community.
