Taylor King
Taylor King is a Colorado-born artist and mother, with over 16 years of embodied practice rooted in dance and asana. Taylor is drawn to movement as both pleasure and practice, and values yoga as a doorway into the subconscious, a way to re-center and move through the world with greater softness and heart. In her downtime, she loves to romp around in the woods with her family, see live music, and sing!
Taylor has spent several years working as a professional dancer, holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Colorado Boulder, and completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Pod in Boulder. Her classes feature fluid, rhythmic sequences that give students a chance to explore flow states on the mat. Her teaching is grounded in a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned approach, with a devotion to creating a warm and welcoming environment that allows students to relax into themselves. At the center of her work is a commitment to helping students remember their innate wholeness and belonging through self-love.
