Piper Browne

Piper has been practicing yoga for many years, but it wasn’t until completing her 200-hour YTT at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India, that she felt called to share the practice with others. She has also completed her 85-hour Prenatal YTT through Sattva’s online program.

Piper loves creating classes that invite students to be curious, to explore not only how a pose feels, but also how breath, awareness, and energy shape the experience. Her classes reflect the integrated approach she studied in India, weaving together asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra, and meditation to create an experience that nourishes both body and mind. Whether the practice is challenging, restorative, or somewhere in between, her intention is to offer a space where students can connect more deeply with themselves and leave feeling a little more grounded, present, and grateful for this beautiful life.

For Piper, yoga is much more than movement. It has been a companion through periods of grief, growth, change, travel, uncertainty, and self-discovery. It serves as a framework for navigating life with greater awareness, resilience, and gratitude—a journey she continues to explore both on and off the mat.
