Nicole Preiss
Nicole is a yoga teacher, elementary school teacher, and lifelong learner. She believes yoga is more than something we do on the mat – rather, a way of moving through the world with deeper awareness, curiosity, and connection.
Her teaching is grounded in the Eight Limbs of Yoga and shaped by a heart-centered, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes breath, intentional movement, and inner listening. Drawing from her background in education, Nicole creates classes that feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all – inviting students to explore, soften, strengthen, and simply arrive as they are.
Outside of the studio and classroom, Nicole is currently studying herbalism, deepening her relationship with the earth, seasonal living, and holistic healing practices. She finds joy in nature, art and music, mindful movement, and meaningful connection.
