MaryAnn Elizabeth

MaryAnn remains a devoted student of the practices she shares. Her mission as a teacher is to bring sacred teachings into everyday life—with creativity, clarity, and devotion. She offers Kundalini Yoga, meditation, mantra, movement, and sound not as an escape from life, but as practices that help us meet it more fully and live with greater vitality, awareness, and radiance.

Drawn to the precision of the kriyas within the Kundalini tradition, MaryAnn is inspired by the intentional relationship between breath, movement, mudra, mantra, meditation, and stillness. Sound is deep passion, from the resonance of the gong and crystal singing bowls to her work with tuning forks through the practice of Human Tuning.

A 500-hour trained yoga teacher, MaryAnn believes the true measure of practice is not simply what happens on the mat or meditation cushion, but how we respond to life. Through consistent practice, we cultivate the inner stamina to meet life as it is, find steadiness within its noise, and listen more deeply for the truth already within us.
