Lauren Lewis

Lauren Lewis has been a student of yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching in Boulder since 2013. She first discovered yoga as a powerful tool for personal healing and has felt called to share the practice ever since, inspired by the profound impact it has had on her own life.

With a background in natural cooking and decades of experience as a plant-based chef and culinary instructor, Lauren draws from both yoga and food as pathways to deeper healing, vitality, and a more intuitive relationship with ourselves.

At the heart of Lauren’s teaching is the belief that yoga isn’t about striving for perfection, but learning to meet ourselves with compassion. As we learn to love and accept ourselves more fully, we create space to move beyond our own limitations and bring more positive change into the world.

Her classes are known for fluid, music-driven, challenging, and creative sequencing, balanced with a sense of lightness, playfulness, and approachability.

Above all, Lauren believes in the healing power of community. Through more than a decade of leading retreats nationally and internationally, her beloved Yoga in the Park gatherings, studio classes, and teacher trainings, she has witnessed how transformative it can be to show up as we are and allow ourselves to be truly seen. She views the practice as an invitation to embrace vulnerability, deepen our connection to ourselves and one another, and discover what becomes possible when we grow together.
