Erin Lambl

Erin Lambl brings 13 years of personal practice and a heart-centered approach to her alignment-based classes. After earning her 200-hour YTT at an Iyengar-focused yoga school in Joshua Tree, California, she discovered her passion for the precision and integrity that this practice offers.

With a master's degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution, Erin believes that cultivating unflinching inner wisdom and generous presence with one another are the first steps to creating change in the world. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and honor your unique journey through mindful movement.

Before calling Colorado home, Erin worked as a climbing, kayaking, and outdoor adventure guide across the southern United States and Midwest—experiences that deepened her reverence for nature and our inseparability from the Earth, her seasons, and her cadences.

In her classes, expect thoughtful use of props, modifications, and dedicated pranayama practice. Erin is committed to creating a space where you are welcomed to come home to yourself.
