Emma Wilbourn
Emma Wilbourn is an E-RYT 500 full-time private yoga teacher and yoga teacher mentor with over 1,500 hours of training and extensive experience working with students of all backgrounds and abilities. Her classes blend precise alignment, functional strength, and mindful breath work to support sustainable movement and long-term well-being. Students can expect a teacher who is focused and intentional yet approachable and lighthearted. Emma’s goal as a teacher is to offer space to learn, build strength and confidence, and maybe laugh a little along the way. Emma’s teachers are Jason Crandell, Stephanie Synder, and Margot Ballard.
